Not compiling

AKA Skyrim Script Compiler After five years of updates and adding new tools to this program and many requests to modify and add new features, I decided it was time give in.

Hi, I am having a problem.
When I try to save and compile all I get is a message "The system cannot find the file specified"
Obviously Im working on the file.
I have cleared the program in the firewall so that it can update
Also Champollion and vcredist are installed.
I dont really know what file it is looking for.
So I need help.
