Compile a modifyed script?

I wanted to modify the script "_SLChangeHornsMCM.psc" from Succubus Race, because I miss the compatiblity to an other mod. To modify the script shouldn't the problem, but I don't know how to compile it with your or other programs. (Win10 Home 64Bit; Skyrim LE)

I open your program, create a new project, open the "_SLChangeHornsMCM" (modified or not isn't nessessary first), create the TESV_Papyrus_Flags.flg and what now? I can save it in the project folder or in the SSEDraft folder but nothing work. If I click on the Disk to save and compile there was a long error list because it don't find many vars and classes:

I use for all my installed mods the "Skyrim Mod Organizer 1.3". This can be a problem. But the compiling doesn't work with a project inherts my to compiled file and open "Skyrim Script Compiler ProSE V 4.0" with or without Mod Organizer.

What do I wrong? Or can anybody write a guide to solve my problem?
